According to yesterday’s report, the Taiwan judiciary has finally taken action on the JPEX fraud case and has summoned Chen Lingjiu, the spokesperson for Taiwan’s largest JPEX. Chen Lingjiu claimed that the whole incident was arranged by Liu Bo-liang, a manager at Rolling Stone Records, and that he was only responsible for endorsement. He also stated that he himself was a victim. The Investigation Bureau is still evaluating whether to summon Liu Bo-liang.
