According to a report by Reuters, Tesla achieved a record high in electric vehicle deliveries in the fourth quarter, delivering nearly 500,000 vehicles (494,989 vehicles) and exceeding market expectations. This also allowed Tesla to successfully meet its annual target for 2023 of 1.8 million vehicles. However, Tesla fell behind China’s BYD, which delivered 520,000 vehicles in the fourth quarter.
