He believes that regulatory agencies view BTC and ETH in a similar manner, so when a Bitcoin ETF is approved, Ethereum will definitely follow suit. His intelligence also indicates that there is considerable optimism for an Ethereum spot ETF.
Balchunas estimates that there is a 70% possibility of an Ethereum spot ETF being approved in May this year. However, since the SEC has multiple ETFs with approval deadlines in May, the launch date may still be subject to change.

BTC: 0.3%
ETH: 8.49%

The co-founder of Reflexivity Research listed the approval deadlines for Ethereum ETFs, including VanEck, 21Shares & ARK, and Hashdex, all of which are in May.
He believes that although it may seem that no one is paying attention to this matter right now, and Gary Gensler has declared in SEC announcements that BTC is a “commodity,” people’s expectations for the approval of an Ethereum ETF may not be high.
