According to a report by Bloomberg, Genesis Global Holdco, LLC, the parent company of Genesis Global Capital, a lending platform under the digital currency group (DCG), has reached a settlement agreement with the SEC to end a civil lawsuit. Genesis is required to pay a civil penalty of $21 million.
