In a fraud case planned by an overseas scamming operation, which utilized virtual currency as a medium for transactions, the police successfully cracked down on the well-known Kaohsiung OTC cryptocurrency exchange, “Jinniu Baihui”. A total of 18 suspects, including the founders and their family members, were arrested.
