Prior to this, Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart told the foreign media Blockworks on January 26th that he believed there was a 60% chance that the SEC would approve all Ethereum spot ETFs in May this year. However, if it did not pass on May 23rd, he believed that this could only happen in 2025.
