Ethereum founder Vitalik, on 2/22, expressed on Twitter that he has changed his attitude towards whether Ethereum should maintain simplicity of functionality compared to the past. This is because if the complexity of functionality is concentrated in Layer2, it may lower the security of these networks and jeopardize user assets.
