Vitalik Buterin to Share the Latest Trends in Ethereum in Taiwan

The founder of Ethereum, Vitalik Buterin, will personally come to Taiwan to give a speech and share the latest developments and trends in Ethereum. Vitalik is one of the most influential blockchain technology leaders in the world, and his speech will be a highlight of this conference. At the same time, with the upgrade of Dencun and the formal inclusion of EIP-4844, which is crucial for Layer 2, in Ethereum, Vitalik will also discuss the progress and future of Ethereum network scalability with other Layer 2 technical leaders.
The event will last for four days, including two days of international conferences and three days of hackathons.

The conference will focus on hot topics such as ZK, DeFi, and Security, inviting experts and scholars from well-known teams such as Ethereum Foundation, Perpetual Protocol, Geth, Gnosis, and Dedaub to give speeches. The topics cover Ethereum upgrades, MEV, Layer 2, DeFi, AA, information security, and other areas, and panel discussions are arranged to allow industry elites to share insights and ignite more sparks.
The hackathon will start in the evening of March 22nd, providing a 24-hour Hacker House on-site. Developers need to complete works on selected topics within 40 hours to compete for rich prizes provided by different companies. The hackathon is free to register, and various workshops will be held during the hacking period, allowing developers to not only learn from each other but also have the opportunity to directly communicate with the industry. This year, there are also opportunities for job matching, where developers can not only earn cash prizes but also receive job offers.
ETH Taipei is jointly initiated by nine passionate developers, including the co-founder of Perpetual Protocol, Feng Yanwen, the Chief Scientist of imToken, Chen Changwu, and the founder of Furucombo, Zhu Xuanting, the co-founder of Diamond Protocol, Anderson Chen, and the developer relations responsible person of Quantstamp, Li Songsheng.
ETH Taipei has also partnered with many well-known companies, including Nuvo, XY Finance, Consensys, MintClub, Ora, BTSE, Lita, Zircuit, Harvest Finance, Dyson Finance, Term Structure, etc., to set up booths at the venue to introduce the latest blockchain products to developers and engage in exchanges.
