Based on previous research by Bitget, there is a significant gender gap in public participation and access to funding for women, resulting in limited opportunities. In response, Bitget has launched the B4H Ambassador Program to bridge this gap by welcoming outstanding female leaders who will serve as role models, builders, supporters, and mentors. Through their guidance, assistance, and expertise, they will enhance the capabilities of the new generation of women talents and leaders.
Currently, the B4H Ambassador Program has attracted three outstanding women, including Tess Hau, Founder of Tess Ventures; Yevheniia Broshevan, Co-founder of Hacken; and Cecilia Hsueh, CEO of Layer2 ecosystem project Morph.

The program will showcase the diverse journeys of its image ambassadors through inspirational stories.
