On 3/11, the court once again modified the bail conditions for Zhao Changpeng. Zhao Changpeng is required to surrender his Canadian passport to a third party supervised by his lawyer and must be accompanied by this person when traveling. He is also required to surrender all current and expired passports and travel documents, and he is not allowed to apply for or obtain new passports and travel documents without the court’s permission. Prior to traveling within the United States, he must also report to the Pretrial Services Department.
