Utah district court Judge Robert Shelby issued an order on Monday in the SEC v. DEBT Box case, stating that the SEC intentionally provided false evidence to the court in order to secure a temporary restraining order (TRO) against DEBT Box, which includes asset freezes and the appointment of a receiver.
