On March 16th, the leading global cryptocurrency platform CoinW and the Taiwan Blockchain University Alliance (TBA) held a technology education event titled “Technology Overcoming Mountains: AI and Web3 Enlightenment Action” at the Lidar Nan National Experimental Elementary School in Wulai District, New Taipei City. Last September, a series of activities were also held at the Zhuole Elementary School in Hualien County. The purpose of this event is to bring Web3 technology to mountainous and remote areas, promote technological equality, and break the geographical limitations of Web3. Nina, the brand manager of CoinW, expressed the hope that these children from remote areas can have the same basic understanding of cutting-edge technology and enjoy equal learning resources as urban elementary school students.
Eleven elementary school students from Lida Nan National Experimental Elementary School in New Taipei City were divided into two groups, AB. In the morning, they participated in virtual reality (VR) experience and artificial intelligence (AI) workshops respectively, and they switched in the afternoon. The workshops will focus on AI and Web3, combined with the format of running levels in a real-life game. During the event, the children will accumulate points by completing each game level in order to exchange for souvenirs. This will serve as a motivation for their participation and learning, while also deepening their memory of key concepts.
CoinW has actively engaged in cooperation with various government, industry, academia, and research organizations since entering the Taiwan market, adhering to the principle of using technology for good. The Taiwan Blockchain University Alliance (TBA) is an important partner of CoinW. Through long-term efforts in technology education activities with TBA, CoinW hopes to enable children in remote areas to personally understand advanced technologies and applications in the next 5-10 years, especially Web3 and AI technologies with great development potential, and promote their basic understanding of these technological concepts. CoinW hopes to plant the seeds of technology dreams for each student and cultivate their motivation to explore the field of Web3 technology after the event.

Since entering the Taiwan market early last year, CoinW’s first strategic move has been to promote deep education in schools, thus collaborating with TBA. The Taiwan Blockchain University Alliance is the largest blockchain research and education organization in Taiwan, combining domestic and international government, industry, academia, and research resources. It has currently connected blockchain research societies and related societies from 35 domestic colleges and universities, and continues to promote blockchain education in Taiwan through collaboration with domestic and international government agencies, NGOs, and blockchain-related companies.

In the rapidly evolving field of AI technology, how to promote the adaptation of future human society to new forms is a long-term topic of consideration, and the open-source and popularization of AI is an important direction for the integration of Crypto.
