Polygon Labs CEO Marc Boiron tweeted that Layer3 will only capture value for Layer2 and will not be beneficial for the development of Ethereum. He further stated that Polygon will not be developing L3 and will instead focus on strengthening its position as a loyal supporter of Ethereum.
