The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved 9 Ethereum-related futures exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in October 2023. Proshares’ Ethereum Strategy ETF (EETH) is among them. It obtains exposure to Ether by investing in the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Ether Futures (CME ETHER FUTURE). However, the market response after its listing seems lukewarm, with the current asset size only at $72.53 million.
