According to Bloomberg, Binance, under the leadership of its founder Zhao Changpeng (CZ), has finally obtained the long-awaited Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license from the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) for its subsidiary Binance FZE in the United Arab Emirates, after CZ agreed to relinquish voting control over local entities.
