According to court documents from the Southern District of New York on the 19th, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed a motion two weeks after the trial, requesting the court to order Terraform Labs and its founder, Do Kwon, to pay $5.3 billion in illegal gains and civil penalties.
