Bitwise, the issuer of the Bitcoin spot ETF, has analyzed the holders of the ETF in its recently announced 13F filing, according to a memo to investors by Matt Hougan, the investment chief of Bitwise. The analysis reveals that a total of 563 professional investment firms have reported holding the Bitcoin ETF, with a total value of $3.5 billion. However, Hougan points out that this is just the beginning, given the operational mode of institutional investors, and he has a very positive outlook on the future of the Bitcoin spot ETF.
