Mike Dudas has once again unearthed comments from Nathan Allman, CEO of Ondo Finance, in 2023. In the comments, Allman stated that Ondo Finance is a stablecoin called OUSG, which is backed by US Treasury bonds, and has always been positioned as a security, subject to the exempt offering rules under REG D.
