A week after the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the 19b-4 form for eight Ethereum ETFs, BlackRock has submitted a revised S-1 registration statement. The issuer still needs approval of its S-1 statement before it can begin trading. According to ETF analyst Eric Balchunas at Bloomberg, it is possible that the Ethereum spot ETF could officially debut in early July.
