It is suggested that the future supporting plans clearly specify the information security standards for the virtual currency industry, referring to international standards such as those from the United States NIST, IEEE, and ISO, to ensure security.
Operational guarantee deposit system: It is recommended to introduce a guarantee deposit system similar to the travel industry in the special law. This can provide protection for businesses when facing operational risks, not only protecting the businesses but also safeguarding the interests of investors.
Lower the threshold for regulatory sandboxes: Taiwan has many excellent entrepreneurs, but the entry threshold for financial regulatory sandboxes is currently high. It is suggested to refer to South Korea’s practice and lower the threshold for regulatory sandboxes to encourage innovative entrepreneurs to introduce business products that meet current demands, enabling them to quickly enter and achieve results.
Open IPO opportunities: Businesses face difficulties in their operations. If future IPO opportunities can be opened, it will provide motivation for businesses, incentivizing them to operate in compliance and pursue greater development.
